This sculpture is inspired by a rose.  I am making it in the time lapse video shown on the About The Work Page.  It is made of individual paper clay petals glazed with a clear glaze giving it a glossy soft white finish.  Unfortunately the base cracked in the final firing and this has been repaired.  This does not effect the strength or look of the final hung piece but this has been reflected in the discounted price.
 
This piece is approximately 13cm in diameter and 3.5cm deep.
